- All commissions include streaming/content commercial use. If you want merchandise commercial use, please contact me. There will be additional fees for merchandise commercial use.- I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A.I. engine is prohibited.- I can post works on my social media unless requested. Also I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio (if client does not work work to be posted before they post. The work will only be added to portfolio after they post it).- Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.- I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I believe my level of expertise will not allow me to fulfill your request or if it relates to a subject I will not handle.- Please be patient while your commission is being completed. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Most commissions should be completed within 2-3 weeks (sooner for the smaller commissions).- Please do not edit artwork unless you have my explicit permission. Reposting and sharing the artwork is fine as long as you give credit to me @concon350
Process
- Before I begin, I will provide you progress photos of the sketch for you to approve or suggest changes to before moving on to the final artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, I will work on flat colors. I will send you this for approvals. Then final shading and refining.- Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. You are allowed to make small changes through the process, but any major changes with have a fee applied.- Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will send all files in jpg or png. PSD can be requested too for a fee
Payment
- Payment is via Kofi only (may change in the future). You can pay in full or ask me for payment plan.- I cannot do any refunds unless there is a good reason.- Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission.
By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
